Local roofers Reno homeowners can count on
Whether you need a leak stopped before the next storm or a full replacement, you will work directly with an owner who has done this trade his whole career.
What Reno weather does to a roof
Reno sits in the rain shadow of the Sierra, but that does not make it easy on roofs. Winter brings snow and hard freeze and thaw cycles, spring and fall bring the Washoe Zephyr winds, and summer brings intense UV at 4,500 feet. Shingles dry out and lose granules faster here, and wind is the number one reason we get called for repairs.
Homes in the foothills and west side see more snow load and wind exposure, so we pay extra attention to fastening, ice and water shield and ventilation on those roofs.
